The villa is laid out on 3 floors has sleeping areas on all levels ensuring that guests have privacy whilst staying in the same accommodation.
The ground floor is a light, bright area and has an open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen area. The living area has a sofa, coffee table and the kitchenette is fully equipped or the preparation of meals and snacks including a small cooker with oven. There is a bathroom with a bath on this level as well as the semi basement.
On the mezzanine floor, accessible by steps from the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed.
The lower level (semi basement) has two separate bedrooms each with two single beds and a bathroom with bath.
This lovely family villa has a balcony with a view to the gardens.
